Pad Thai is a stir-fried noodle dish that was first introduced as a simple street food in Thailand. It's made with dried rice noodles and a combination of several Thai ingredients such as Tamarind. Over time, people have created their own versions of Pad Thai. Some add shrimp, chicken, or tofu while others add fresh vegetables like bell peppers, bok choy, or broccoli. You may have noticed that Pad Thai has an orange color to appeal to the U.S. population. Sutharos Pad Thai is authentic from Thailand and you’ll see the difference in the taste and color. You can even eat it with just the noodles and sauce. Experiment and find your own favorite way to enjoy Pad Thai!

Cooking Steps
-
Prepare the rice noodles: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then turn off heat. Add the organic rice noodles and soak for 5 minutes and then drain.
